Currently enrolled at Strayer University for her Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, in addition to her upbeat and outgoing personality, she has an 8 year background in customer service and administrative support. Her expertise also includes telecommunications, retail, health care, and office support in which she enjoys building relationships to create positive experiences for everyone she encounters. Outside of the office, Virginia regularly attends professional conferences and events to keep her pulse on the needs of the market. Her hobbies also include playing the piano, doing yoga, and cooking.

Erica has over 30 years experience in logistics. She’s a Human Resource professional, with several years of successful experiences in hiring and employment management.
